Product Description

Temporary strainers also named temporary Filters made of perforation mesh or weave mesh is designed to offer excellent protection

for expensive pumps, values meters and other mechanical equipment. It is installed between flanges,

once debris and sediment are collected in the filter, the fluid flow is interrupted, you can remove and clean the filter, or replace it.

· Standard material: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, carbon steel,

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh , Perforated Metal Sheet other material is available.

· Standard perforation: 1/8" diameter holes on 3/16" centers.

· Standard mesh liners/covers: 10 mesh, 20 mesh, 30 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh.

For mesh lined strainers, flow direction must be specified.

· Handle size: 1" wide × 4" length.

· Flange thickness: 11 gauge.

· End connection: Water flat faced, raised face, ring joint flanges.

· Open area: the available range in open area of strainer to cross section of pipe is 100% to 300%.

Assembly instructions

· Put filter between two flanges.

· Two gaskets must be fitted on both sides.

· Fasten bolts, make sure filter and gasket in the correct position.

Maintenance instructions

· Unscrew bolts.

· When clean, remove filter.

· Use new gasket to assemble.
